These terms apply to everyone who uses YT to MP3 (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

YT to MP3 lets you convert a publicly available YouTube video into an MP3 audio file for your own use. The Service is free and provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • only convert videos that you own, that are licensed for this kind of use (for example under Creative Commons), or that you have the owner's permission to convert;
  • use converted files for personal, non-commercial purposes only;
  • not share, sell, upload or publicly perform converted files without the rights holder's permission;
  • follow the laws of your country and YouTube's terms;
  • not misuse the Service — for example by automated mass requests, attempts to bypass limits or security checks, attacks, or using it to build another service.

You are solely responsible for the files you create and how you use them.

We respect the rights of creators and expect our users to do the same. Rights holders can ask us to block conversions of their videos; see our Copyright & DMCA policy.

4. Availability and limits

We may limit how many conversions can be made in a period of time, the maximum length of a video, or which videos can be converted. Some videos (for example private, age-restricted or members-only videos) can't be converted.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that every video can be converted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, YT to MP3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or of files you created with it.

7. Third-party content and ads

The Service shows advertising and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties.

8. Not affiliated with YouTube

YT to MP3 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
