YT to MP3 respects the rights of creators and copyright owners, and we expect our users to do the same.

We don't host videos or files

YT to MP3 does not host, store or publish videos or audio files. Files are created when a user requests them and are not kept by us.

Block conversions of your videos

If you own a YouTube video and don't want it to be convertible on YT to MP3, we will block it. Send an email to support@yttomp3.app with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  1. Your name and contact details (and the company you act for, if any).
  2. The link(s) of the YouTube video(s) concerned.
  3. A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices quickly — usually within a few working days — and block valid reports. Blocked videos can no longer be converted on YT to MP3.

Counter-notice

If you believe a video was blocked by mistake and you have the right to use it, send us a counter-notice with the video link, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the block was a mistake, and your signature. We may forward it to the person who sent the original notice.

Misuse

Please don't send false or misleading notices. In many countries this can lead to legal liability.
